SEVCA’s Workshops and Training

SEVCA offers courses that meet the needs of our clients and complement our mission. Our training courses include: Weatherization Certificate training, computer training, and other business skills training such as customer service, time management, presentation skills, and financial literacy. Additional courses will be made available based on demand, and requests for customized training from individual companies.
Individual Perspective: Key objectives of our training efforts are to assist individuals in obtaining new employment and to help incumbent workers to enhance their value within their organizations.
Business Perspective: SEVCA can assist businesses and regional organizations close learning gaps with custom designed training programs. SEVCA can also help small businesses to expand by assisting in the development of an overall training and development plan for new hires and incumbent workers. SEVCA also maintains a strong referral network to complement our internal capabilities.
