  • For dwelling units with more than 8 family members, add $1,285 for each additional member.  
     

  • Self-employed people should use their net income. (Must provide copy of most recent tax return.)
     

  • ANFC, SSI/AABD and GA recipients within the last 12 months will qualify for this program.

  • Current LIHEAP recipients will also qualify.
