Leadership Development
SEVCA through its relationship with Action to Excellence ( ATX), a Vermont based management consulting and training company has the capacity to offer and/or custom design ATX’s highly acclaimed leadership development program Leading from Within™. This program addresses the two dimensions of leadership: 1.The form of leadership that allows you to be a team member and the ability to lead within the organization. This includes your communications skills, systems thinking, goal-setting, and problem analysis / decision making skills. 2.The essence of leadership that conveys the leader’s sense of purpose, vision, value structure, and courage to lead from within themselves.
Duration: To be determined based on needs of organizations. Half day modules.
Prerequisites: Been in a leadership role for at least 6 months
