Are you being evicted from your home? Do you need help in understanding how to apply for affordable housing? Is the place your family is living unsafe?

SEVCA’s Family Service’s staff has the knowledge and experience to be effective advocates for you in difficult situations. Our staff provides assistance can help you and your landlord reach an agreement and get back on track to a stable situation.  SEVCA’s outreach workers can also help you understand your options for finding affordable housing and working through the process for Section 8 vouchers or Community Land Trust apartments and homes. Our staff also provides information about tenant rights and responsibilities, landlord lists and referrals to local area shelters.
