Developing a Culture of Excellent Customer Service
This is a workshop for business owners or managers of departments who want to learn and apply leadership practices in consistently delivering excellent customer services. Topics will include being a role model, your organization’s mission and operating principles, managerial systems to maintain focus, and the culture that one is trying to project. There will also be an assessment tool to evaluate the leader’s current leadership approach with regard to customer service.
